POSITION SUMMARY
The Schilling Laboratory at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to participate in innovative research aimed at understanding the biological and chemical processes that are common to both age-related diseases and aging. For this position, there will be a particular emphasis on aging and age-related disease samples using proteomic workflows to decipher mechanisms as well as discover potential biomarkers. The qualified applicant will work with cutting-edge technologies and instrumentation in liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Located in Novato, California, 30 miles north of San Francisco, the Buck Institute offers a rich scientific environment with renowned scientists in the field of aging research.
